never again

These are the WORST!!! apts Constant water shut off, they never fix the issue.. I left my apartment because it had a hole in the bathroom and another one in the kitchen leaking water and they never fixed it and on top of that they didn't return my down payment!

THE WORST

These are the WORST apts there are in Brownsville. If I could rate them less than zero I would. Constant water shut off, they never fix the issue.. DONT DO IT!!

No control with noisy neighbors

We only have a week in this apartment I thought it was a quiet place ,but I have a noisy neighbors that put his music sooooo loud that we can hear in all the apartment,It doesn't matter what time they do it they need to respect the others, I don't know why they keep the noisy people's that likes to make trouble, that's why other people are leaving this place...the apartment are nice but some neighbors don't like to respect others.i hope the company can make something thanks.

Do not recommend

Leasing office staff is very rude, car was keyed. The water heater is constantly breaking down and needing to be repaired. They shut the water down for maintenance pretty often, sometimes they give you a notice other times they do not. I have talked to other residents and they have told me they also find the leasing office staff rude and did not like it here neither, they are also moving, just had one year lease as well. Lived here for a year and no longer going to renew, major problem I had was... leasing office staff being rude, do not like dealing with them. Would not recommend to rent here, horrible place.
