I love my new apartment! It's clean and very spacious. I like the location. Averia was fantastic and helped me through the entire process! I highly recommend St. Mortiz to anyone looking for a good apartment with private garages!

It’s a very quiet community. Anytime something needs to be fixed they are on it in a flash. The location is also convenient. It’s close to the tollway.

I’ve really enjoyed living here at St Moritz. Office staff is great, especially Jonathan. Easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make the resident experience amazing. He’s looked out for me and my family several times. Maintenance staff is exceptional! Requests are handled in a timely manner. Property is well kept and events are planned frequently to make this place feel like a real community.
