Wooded Creek Apartments

When we moved in 1 1/2 yrs ago, the wife and I were very pleased w/ the low move in cost and the attractiveness of both the area and Wooded Creek itself. We found the complex staff cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Our maintenance issues were solved promptly and the pool & grounds were kept in a manner expected. These have all been left by the wayside since the changing of complex staff this year.
We now cannot reach staff by phone, or person(most times). The manager is always too busy or is... away from the office. They close before getting 'home' from work and don't open for weekends. We now have several maintenance issues, the top being a broken AC unit that has been broken for 2 WEEKS! The grounds are cluttered w/ trash from the broken pass gate to the back court Apts.. The pool has been green for 2 months and the finally collected leaves from Autumn are still sitting bagged throughout the courtyard. Lastly, but most definitely the deal breaker has been the unaccounted for and unjust charges now being affixed to rental obligations(during Vivid). Being a disabled Marine who served 2 tours, I demand discipline and order, so you can understand why my rating is just OK!

You can tell the property manager is experienced and dedicated. From the office staff, to the grounds crew; My experience living at Woodcreek Creek. Has been awesome. Thanks guys.

I found these apartments thru this website and visited the leasing office. I liked what I saw and applied and was approved within 4 hours of turning in my application to them! I am moving in next week with my fiance. They waived our deposit too so it is really cheap to move in.

Me and my husband have lived here 6 years and we are happy here. They have changed some rules since we first moved here but I think theyre good rules that benefit us who live here like towing cars that take up all of our parking spaces for the people who actually live here. I work nights so when I come home I can actually find a space close to my apartment door. Our apartment is very nice sized for just us 2. We live on the side that overlooks the creek.
