terrible
Incredibly disappointing place to live, and would not recommend to anyone. Upon move-in, staff was wonderful during the tour and somewhat through the application process. Once moved in, it soon became a disaster. We moved in this last summer, and the day we moved the kitchen sink was broken. When you tried turning the sink on, little to no water would come out. Come to find out it was leaking all under our kitchen sick cabinet. This was caused because the sink was missing the hose and nozzle... that was supposed to be attached to our goose neck sink. This was one of many problems the apartment had, others being, the glass light fixtures were missing above our island, the vent filters were disgusting(which we had asked during the tour if they would replace before moving in, which they indeed did not.) We didn't have a microwave for the first 2 weeks. There were also paint splatters all over the entire floor. We mopped the floors 6 times and the water was still coming up black. (to this day we still can’t get this slimy film off the floor. Management had also told us we were the first occupants in this apartment. But what they failed to mention was they had squatters in this apartment prior to our move in. This information was given to us by the properties maintenance. After we moved in, we attempted to switch our electricity over to a county electric, because of how expensive it was to keep it through the apartment complex. During this process our request was denied by the electricity company because the lease we sent over “didn’t exist". The management had lost our lease. It really doesn't make sense on how they didn't have a lease for our apartment but we were paying rent? Where was our rent money going? When we confronted the management they blamed it on “old management” because they were all “new” in the office. Every problem we have brought to their attention they use “old management" as an excuse, Instead of just admitting to the fact that none of them in the office know what they are doing or how to help accommodate their residents. When it comes to the property and the use of any of the amenities you can pretty much forget about it, considering the fact they are always broken. As of right now, the entry gate is broken and only opens on one side. The doors to get into the amenities don't lock. The dog washing station is broken, along with the pool. Not only are they broken, but the management does not inform their residents that these amenities are not
