I enjoy the unit I live in itself, it has a good layout. I also enjoy the location of The Kelley, however, I unfortunately did have to put in several maintenance requests upon move-in and am still having some issues. I also believe the amount of cars I see being towed is aggressive and seems unnecessary in most cases.

Regarding our towing, there is a strict towing policy in place created to assist residents in every community who have their parking spots taken by \"interlopers.\" Although, every effort is made to inform residents and visitors alike of this policy. This is a beautiful community with amazing views. The complex is well maintained and secure. It has some wonderful amenities. The cost of the apartments are comparable. You get what you pay for and this is so worth it.
