My lease ended today, December 30 and since October with Skyhouse old staff of people that was in the office - I thought that they had everything done and ready to go before this new group came in. November.
Three months now it’s like ground hog day. Excuse after excuse. Even though I was finally told maybe two weeks ago that it was accomplished, I had signed it and all until I received rent due notification missing the key bonus in why I renewed :( which was not correct at all.
So now... another Groundhog Day with an excuse of oh I’m not authorized to fix this, but the manager has to do it and she won’t be in now till January 3. Even though I’ve been asking them to fix this for the last two weeks. And I was told that they sent her an And I was told that they sent her a email, but she STILL hasn’t responded- she is the only one that can fix this!! What is so hard about this. Wondering if I made the right decision ??
