Unhappy resident after five plus yrs...
I have lived here for over five years and through several managers and maintenance workers. I am regretting renewing my lease for the first time since living here. I ask for new carpet because mine is over five years old, very worn and pulling apart at the edges and the seams...answer they gave me was that new carpet was not in the budget but they had the budget to redo the office and add a volleyball area, that I have not seen any one use...I have needed my bath tub resurfaced for several years... but was told I would need to leave the apartment for a week due to the strong toxic smell yet they resurfaced the vacant apartment above me and the toxic smell made its way downstairs through the vents into my apartment and they had no concern about me or the toxic smell at that time...Every maintenance problem that I have had has taken them over a week to respond and sometimes weeks to complete once it was started. I am currently having issues with my one toilet and there seems to be no hurry for them to fix the problem.
The apartments are quite and my neighbors are great, I am very disappointed in the office staff and maintenance.
