La Villita Lakeside and Landings Apartments

Move in was a smooth experience and Apartments are maintained exceptionally well
Neighbor hood and walk spaces are awesome
Shops are nearby for quick grocery shopping

I have been living in my apartment for 8 months now and couldn’t possibly be happier. What a great place to live. The community is kept pristine. Maintenance issues are completed a few hours after submitting! My place itself is a large one bedroom with a huge closet. What I notice most about it is how quiet it is here. I really don’t hear much and that was very important to me. The amenities are kept beautifully and there are two pools and two work out facilities that really don’t get that busy.... The properties themselves are located alongside a canal that is just beautiful. I walk most days around the canal/lake. Very close by is an entrance to a park/trail that extends in both directions many miles that is owned by the city. I see walkers, runners, bikers, and roller bladers exercising. I really like the area and condition; it is good residence place that I have. at the evening, I hear so many children sing and talk to the other, so this place remember me to my home country

I've been living in this apartment community for a while now, and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. The place is always nice and clean, which makes me feel safe and comfortable. Staying here keeps me motivated every day. The staff members are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any concerns. The best part, though, is the events organized by the community. I truly enjoy them and look forward to each one. Overall, it's a great place to live!

It hasn’t been the most pleasant experience. Very snobby office personnel. I think they think they are being professional but the come across as being disrespectful, distant and uncaring.
