Lavillita Lakeside and Landings is a really good apartments with friendly staff, alot of activities and good maintenance. Their newlly renovated homes are very well built and its nice to say that they hardly require any maintenance. One of the best to choose from out there.

Just moved in. So far I am happy with my decision. Ali in the leasing office has been very helpful and patient through out the process. This property has ample parking. Went for a 1.3 mile walk around the lake. Property is very clean.

LaVillita Lakeside and landings is a great community, main attraction being the lake and the pleasant surroundings. Management has always been very approachable and friendly. Lots of events are organized every month with free food, drinks and some cash prizes too.
