Shun is Amazing

I can’t say enough about Shun, the resident experience manager at Cortland Luxe. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service every single time whether it’s a simple question or more complex concern, Shun always makes sure that I feel heard and valued, her warm and attentive approach assures that everyone she interacts with has a truly wonderful experience, thanks to Shun. I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. She truly sets the standard for what... excellent service looks like. Highly recommended!

Leasing Staff

The leasing staff is amazing and very helpful. Leanne is absolutely fantastic. Anytime we have an issue or inquiry she’s always there to assist. This is my 2nd year here and since she’s been here I’ve seen a complete 360!!

The apartment seemed to be high quality when we moved in however once moved in it became clear that there was very little follow through with how things were maintained regarding behavior of tenants.

Love living here

I’ve had a fantastic experience living here! The leasing team, especially Shun, Irene, and Tristian, are exceptional—they’ve made the leasing process smooth and stress-free with their friendly and professional attitude. The community itself is top-notch, featuring an amazing fitness center and a fantastic pet spa that make living here even better. Highly recommend!!
