Nice quiet community! Love that there is a park right behind me and I can take my dogs to play with other dogs! Also love the lighting in the apartment, very stylish!

We appreciate very much all staff at Century Stonehill North. They are responsive in replying to our concerns or work orders. While it sometimes takes time to complete a work order, they do get it done in a reasonable timeframe. I understand we aren't the only tenants, and they likely have many requests to manage in priority order. Onsite staff always welcoming at front office when we speak with them in person. Jalisha, Nydia, & Tarryn are the three I frequently speak with in the office and... always helpful and inviting.
The staff was particularly helpful when answering questions during the move-in process. They take their time to ensure we understand everything, which is greatly appreciated. We moved “sight unseen” meaning did not see apt until move in. Move in went smoothly and love our floor plan with amazing view from fourth floor!
My only note is regarding the loudness of the AC unit. However, I recognize this is an issue with the property developers and not the Stonehill North staff themselves.
Overall, the onsite staff & management team at Century Stonehill North provides attentive and patient service, contributing to a positive living experience in apartment living.

The apartment community is great. However my apartment appliances and flooring are outdated. And it has bugs. Other than that its a good community
