I have lived at La Ventura for over a year and a half and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. I would highly recommend La Ventura to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Nicely kept. Quiet and nice staff and residents.
Work preset done in a timely manner. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Community events are a nice touch.

The best apartment property I have ever lived in. Office staff is amazing, very attentive, the property is very well maintained. The maintenance is very good, on time. Fast.

I have been very pleased all of these 15 years until recently when Emily made me come down to the office as I was healing from major surgery. There was an alarm going off on the hot water heater and she are maintenance would not come down and replace it so I had to get dressed and drive down there and it was all just to get a 9-volt battery. I was very unhappy about that. She did not even notify maintenance that the alarm was going off and said that it would be Monday before maintenance could... fix it and this was on Friday afternoon.
