Horrible!!! Cockroaches!!!

Toured a one bedroom yesterday and saw dead cockroaches throughout the apartment. When I asked about it the leasing manager said “Oh, they’re just water bugs.”
Definitely not water bugs, and if you’re going to show an available apartment make sure there’s not dead bugs throughout the apartment. Not worth the price or headache for a new renter.

Run fast and far

Whatever you do, I mean do not. From the deepest of my heart do absolutely not lease here. The property management are modern day slum lords. They do not take any maintenance request seriously whether it be your toilet not flushing or your air ducts not being connected to adequately cool your apartment. One renter mentions a $400 plus utility bill which is as extreme as it sounds is whole heartedly true. You can expect hot summers and to go weeks without air or maybe a modification that works... for only some hours. When you submit a request you will be responsible for hounding them to see to it that it is done. Also the staff in the leasing office drop like flies every couple of months. They treat tenants and employee poorly alike causing the retention rate to be extremely low. There is a trash fee included in utilities but you should look forward to trash being stacked high along side the dumpsters. The property itself would be a very nice place to live if the sunridge mgt group cared. I hope you find this useful and go fast and far far away.

SOOOO HOT

Let me start by saying that the complex looks great since the new management took over. That being said, the pool has been open for a matter of weeks in 2 years. If you live in an upstairs apartment, not only will you face a $400+ electric bill in the summer but you will also have to deal with the apartment rarely being below 90 degrees in the and if you talk to the office they will try to convince you it's normal. I had to buy a portable air conditioner for EACH room to keep it around 80... degrees in the summer. Maintenance is great when they aren't so busy that they can actually get to you. Unfortunately they only have one that is reliable. Neighbors are great, never much noise. The Texas summer and the poor ownership/managers are this properties big downfall, I'm not sure how they compare to other sinridge managed properties as I haven't lived at another, but I honestly expected better from such a big management company when they took over. Again GREAT APARTMENTS IN THE WINTER (I'd easily give 5 stars were it not for the poorly cooled apartment in the summer,)

Run!

This is the worst apartments you could ever live in. If I could write a negative stars I would. They have had a lake in our bathroom from day one and still 9 months later it is not fixed. The maintenance lies and tells stories to make it seem like they do their job but in reality they didn’t. The office staff expects you to be sweet after having splashy water for 9 months in ypur bathroom floor. And don’t get me started on the roaches and pests here. We’ve had break ins a motorcycle stolen... someone broke into the car......it goes on and on over 20 police reports. The neighbors are rude and very inconsiderate all the way around this place is a dump. RUN DO NOT WALK!!!! RUN RUN RUN!!!

Fix the gawd dang POOL!

Lived here almost 5 years. The new management was supposed to change things for the better, however very little has been changed other than the pool has not been open in 2 years now. They allow homeless people to hang around the apartments courtyards. We for roughly half of the water use to the pool which remains full to attract new tenants, however as I've said the pool hasn't been open for almost 2 years now. The management will continually tell you the pool will be open soon not to worry, and... then a month passes and we pay for the water in the pool to constantly be refilled every couple days. It has become ridiculous! All and all it's not a bad place to live, just don't expect the management company to tell you the truth.
