So far so good moving in. Leasing agent was helpful and made every effort to correct anything wrong. I feel at home. It's a quiet apartment complex and seems to have thick walls so you don't have to fear listening to music or watching a movie a little loud.

Overall enjoy living at Agave the surrounding area is really nice and the amenities are clean and maintained. Having issues with water is our only complaint but hopefully maintenance is fast about responding! :)

I've been living at Agave for a while now, and overall, I would describe it as a decent place to live. There’s nothing particularly outstanding about it, but at the same time, there’s nothing really problematic either.
The apartment itself is functional and gets the job done. The amenities are adequate, and maintenance responds within a reasonable time when needed. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and I haven’t encountered any major issues with noise or disturbances.

Love the location, amenities: great gym, terrace, playroom, along with the friendly staff. The neighborhood is truly unbeatable ; this place continues to be the best complex to live @ San Antonio.

I have really enjoyed living here over the past 16 months. The property has a lot of nice amenities and the location is perfect for walking to all the great events that San Antonio has going on. The staff are all amazing, especially the maintenance staff, they are always friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Tony and Lana at the front desk always go above and beyond to ensure that your living experience here is excellent. I can’t say enough about the staff here as they really make you... feel welcome and at home. The community here is very friendly and I think all the community events bring all the residents together. Our apartment is bright and up to date. One of the largest in square feet you will find in this price point downtown! I appreciate the add ons that are available, such as on site storage and reserved parking spots. Over all, I can’t recommend this property enough. By far, if you’re looking for downtown living with an at home atmosphere, this is the place!
