We love our apartment at Agave. It’s so conveniently located to restaurants and right across the street from Hemisfair. Also whenever we’ve put in a request for a work order it is completed quickly.

I’ve been living here for a while, and overall, I’m quite pleased with my experience. The location is fantastic—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it very convenient for daily life.
However, I have to mention that the hallways could use some attention; they often appear dirty and unkempt. Additionally, some of the amenities don’t seem to be well-maintained, which is a bit disappointing.si

Everyone is friendly for sure! I would love more community events! The only thing that sucks is that its not as clean, the hallways and elevator areas seem dirty and they smell bad because of the trash.

Love the location, amenities and vibrant life around the riverwalk. The gym is amazing and it’s nice knowing my vehicle is safe in the private parking garage.
