Place is nice and affordable for the area. But there could be some improvements. Hallway carpets need to be changed out and I wish they would repaint the hallways from the ugly pink color. But staff is nice and helpful. Great views and nice amenities

Public parking decreased the value of the property. The gym close at 10pm. It should be 24/7. Dog poop and pee on the elevators and 5th floor walkways. I park on the 5th floor. I have to pay attention where I’m walking to prevent from having poop and pee in my apartment and vehicle. No security, homeless people in the building.

From initial outreach to move in, the team at Inspire made everything easy! I was moving from out of state and the team was responsive and willing to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.

Living here is a comfortable, convenient, and fun experience!
Much of this is owed to the professional, attentive, competent office and maintenance personnel.
Would like some more consistent mixer events.

Love living at Inspire Downtown. They have beautiful floor plans and views! The best of downtown living. Convenient location to local attractions.
