Hopeful

I have been living here for a little over a year now and while it’s not been perfect I am hopeful this new management team can make things better. I am already starting to see changes. The staff are friendly and happy to listen and help.

Terrible Property Management

I spent about two years at this complex and the experience was the worst out of any places I have lived. When we first moved in the property management company was well organized. Within the first year the complex changed property management companies. this is where things stared to go down hill, we had many maintenance request that went unattended. Then the request would completely disappear from the resident portal. some of these maintenance request went unresolved until we moved out. They... advertise as "luxury apartments" but the finishes used are subpar, the unit we moved into had broken light fixtures. In both restrooms the tile and shower surrounds had been refinished but the finish started peeling off the tiles and tub within the fist few months. The gate to the dog park are was broken. Most of our issues came from the inorganization when the current property management/ property manager took over. As we were charged for a garage that had continued to be charged for even though it had been removed from the lease months prior. Along with the previous issues we also felt a concern for our safety as there was at least two shootings that happened in the complex while we were there. The first happed around the entrance gate which is the only way in and out of the complex. This left the residents that knew about it uneasy as management swept it under the rug. The second happened around the dog park area. This indecent also created an uneasy atmosphere as damage affected more than one buildings. There are still areas that have bullet holes if you look around. I'm sure I've forgotten some of the other incidents that have happened during my time here. As decent as the place appears I would not ever recommend it to someone looking for a new apartment.
