Awesome staff and always ready to help. The events are always fun and full of good vibes. Walking distance from the pearl and many other fun places to meet up and enjoy drinks and food. Lots of live music around. Again a great place to live at.

River House has been the best apartment complex my partner and I have ever lived at! The location is spectacular and convenient. The staff truly make it though - responsive, kind, and thoughtful in building community. We highly recommend River House to anyone who wants a true San Antonio living experience.

It's been a great year! The complex has always offered wonderful tenant opportunities to get to know one another, enjoy the amenities like the pool, business center and the gym to name a few. Monthly events take place which also offer experiences such as local dining venues or chances to visit newly opened small businesses to support the area.

Love it. Having a great time so far. The proximity to the river is amazing. I have saved so much money on gas because i drive a truck and bought a bike to get around instead. Loving it.
