First and foremost, this review is not directed at the maintenance staff. Most of them have been reliable and trustworthy. What has consistently been disappointing, however, is the poor condition and cleanliness of the building and its hallways.

More importantly, the biggest issue is the office management, which has demonstrated neither the willingness to take responsibility for problems nor the ability to actually resolve them. The manager has rarely, if ever, provided meaningful solutions. We… have lived here for nearly two years, yet we still are not even sure who the actual manager is.

Based on our experience and the results we have seen, the office management consistently appears to operate under the principle of avoiding problems whenever possible rather than taking ownership of them. When residents raise concerns or encounter issues with the property, the response from management has too often been to minimize, avoid, or pass over the problem instead of addressing it directly and providing an effective solution.

When I consider my options before my lease expires, the quality and speed of the maintenance service would be my main reason for doing so. I must say the quality of the communication with the leasing office hasn't been all that great. I'm saying this as someone who works a call center. They do pickup the phone, but I've learned after making some complaints that I'm better off steering clear of speaking with them. They've truly given me that impression.
