It’s been okay. We have roaches even though pest control has come. We’re very clean, clean daily and vacuum daily. I know it can be common with apartments. Haven’t seen one in awhile so they might have sprayed outside in the hallway.
We have had stolen packages and managements refuses to acknowledge it’s an issue. I realize they’re not technically liable but just act like you care…. you can say “I’m so sorry that happened, unfortunately there’s nothing we can do” instead sent out a snarky email... when i complained.
Walls/ceilings are thin however that’s normal for apartments.
Jazzmyn at front desk is probably the best part about the complex! She’s so nice and makes you feel at home. She helped us so much when we moved in, she recognizes us when we see her.
