I applied for an apt and was helped by Amber in the office, Amber was thorough, friendly, kind and very willing to go the extra mile to help me with my screening process. Too pricy
Noisy neighbors, children's play area moved to Silverbrooke, very expensive, very tight policy on rent renewal and breaking the lease.

We love this place
We love Shadowbrooke! We have lived here for 4 years plus. Everyone in the office, maintenance and everything are so remarkable!!!!! I would like to give special thanks to our Community Manager, Ms. Lindsey. Her warm and welcoming smile have always made our day better! And for continuing to improve our living even though it is already the best! Thank you so much for making our living safe and comfortable!!! ^_^~ A special thanks to Ms. Verouska, our Better Living Manager, who is always so warm &... kind and always knows what you need and makes sure everything is taking care of. A special thanks to our Better Living Consultant team, Mr.Tony, Mr. Eric, Ms. Maria, they had the magic ^_^~ always so friendly, welcoming and helpful! P.S. A big special thanks to our maintenance Manager, Mr.Jaime, Ms. Bertha, and Mr. Steve for doing a remarkable job to keep our apartments nice and comfortable!!!

Everything is not as it seems!!!!!
It appears to be a touch of luxury, but is far from it . The appliances are old and breaking down. 20 plus service request ( ac went out several times and they put a bandaid on it, ie 20 plus service request for various things) and all you get is inefficientcy and smiles from the office. I am not an angry tenant but a mistreated consumer. If you complain the property manger just might start avoiding you!! And I have gotten incorrect information left and right from day 1!!!See your actual unit... before you sign and qualify it well. Take heed as this is the most recent review . If it’s just one person, who knows maybe it can work for you if you are never home and are not on the first floor. I also need to mention that the neighbors are loud and up all hours of the night !! Ugh!! I want out or compensation ! I would never recommend this community to anyone!!!

staying in this apartment are one of the best.. nice environment, very good and complete facilities, great neighborhood and very considerate and kind asst. mngr & staff in the leasing office. what a nice place to live.
