The holiday party was nice but it doesn't make up for having a temporary concierge until the package lockers go in, a lobby destroyed right before the holidays, ridiculous rent increases, a new app to let us in the building that has a 2 star rating on the app store, constantly broken garage doors, and unjustified amenity fees.

The lobby updates are part of our ongoing... effort s to enhance the building and provide a better living experience for all residents.

We truly appreciate your patience during this process, as our goal is to improve the community for everyone. While issues can arise in any functioning building, we have ensured timely communication and repairs with our dedicated vendors to resolve such matters efficiently.

Based on past feedback, our previous package management system presented challenges for many residents which is why we’re introducing a new, highly recommended system from a top-tier company that serves numerous premier communities.
As for rent increases and amenity fees, our goal is to remain transparent while continuing to enhance services and deliver value to our residents. Please note that rent adjustments are aligned with current market trends.

Your concerns are important to us, and we’d love to discuss them further to better meet your needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to or stop by the office at your convenience.

The concierge, management, and maintenance teams are stellar. They are friendly, professional, helpful, responsive, and efficient. The location of Asher is close to transit and libraries.
I enjoy meeting my neighbors and most of those are friendly. Neighbors downstairs and I swap cat care when we need to be away from home.
I am disappointed at the claim of 'luxury' appointments. The kitchen cabinets have a major issue; the contact paper surfacing peels and cracks. The grout in the kitchen and... bathroom are difficult to clean, and looked shabby when I moved in. I worked hard and long to clean the stovetop and washing machine as they were moldy and dirty at move in. After 6 months of scrubbing the stovetop is no longer covered with cooked on food, although there is nothing I can do about the oven door. Visible mold is gone from the washing machine but it still has a strong odor. The bathroom was not painted carefully. These things are a negative in an expensive, 'luxury' building.

I am disappointed in the lack of security . there have been homeless people gaining access to the building and although they seem harmless it is disconcerting that strangers can get into the apartment building.
Also I am disappointed in the quality of the carpeting in the apartments and the cabinets. Both are very cheap and the cabinets are just covered in a laminate that is peeling, especially around the stove . For a Luxury apartment this is more than annoying.
On a positive note the... leasing staff, concierge, and other staff members are friendly and efficient.
