Overall, it’s not a bad place to live. You’re kind of close to a lot of things. The dog park on the roof is nice to have. The package locker is nice as well

Heat has been on and off for almost 2 months. The property management’s answer is “Here’s some space heaters and good luck”. Multiple work orders in 2 months and the anticipated fix is a 6 month construction project. At this point not worth the rent or the hassle.

Honestly I love living here. It’s a very safe area with multiple places within walking distance or not too far of a drive. Everyone is great in the leasing office and any work orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently!

Clean and small enough of a community where it feels safe. The kitchen facilities are completely new and the community rooms are spacious and beautiful!
