No prompt action for tenants compalint for four months

Persistent Apartment Flooding Issue:
I'm facing a recurring problem in my apartment where the floor is frequently becoming wet. Despite my numerous attempts to address this issue with the management, I've encountered significant delays and a lack of responsiveness in resolving the problem.
Repeated Complaints:
I have diligently reported this issue to the apartment office on approximately ten separate occasions. Each time, I've clearly communicated the severity of the situation and the need for...
prompt action.
Management's Response:
Unfortunately, the management's response has been consistently inadequate:
They continually postpone addressing the problem
There appears to be a serious lack of urgency in handling tenant complaints
The issue remains unresolved despite my persistent efforts
Impact on Living Conditions:
The ongoing flooding is not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous, affecting my quality of life and potentially damaging the apartment itself.
This situation highlights a concerning pattern of gross mismanagement and a failure to take tenant concerns seriously, leaving me frustrated and living in suboptimal conditions.
Updates: Aug 2 still no measure from the management
When I am trying to reach the maintenance guy, no satisfactory responses.
Complaint made: 4 July, 2024
Today date: 2 Aug, 2024 situation not resolved.
New update on Aug 26: still the situation is same. Still not resolved.
August 31: still not resolved
September 24: not resolved

I like it here.

I moved here 2 months ago and love it here. I know Amy and Lauren are fairly new, and are trying hard to resolve things. I saw no rudeness from office or maintenance staff. I also believe you get what you give. I had 2 issues and both were taken care of. These 2 ladies have alot on their plate. If you go in screaming and nasty all it does is cause stress. I have not done that. Maintenance is always working, I can see that. I personally don't plan on leaving. My apartment is big and the grounds... are kept nice.

Maintenance sucks

I have been here for 3 to 4 years and never had any issues until the last year. I have gad 2 water leaks with no attempt to fix. Currently have had water leaking into my hallway for 4 days. Great living environment!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!

I lived here for an entire year, and they were horrible if I could give zero stars I would! I called them on a Friday as soon as they opened to tell them something was leaking in my bathroom and I went the entire weekend with a puddle of water in my bathroom to the point it leaked down to my neighbor's apartment below me and they only came to my apartment because they called and said something too. They left a note on our door telling us I had to remove my daughters OUTSIDE toys off of the porch... that have been outside since the day we moved in, and we had 30 days, or they were going charge us a fee for them being outside. Management never answers their phone or responds back to voicemails. My roommate and I called to tell them our rent was incorrect on the website to pay, and they did not fix it until 2 weeks before we moved out and told us we have to pay all the back rent before we move because THEY failed to acknowledge it was incorrect to begin with because of THEIR error with their system.

DONT MOVE HERE!!

This is my boyfriend and I’s first apartment and moving out together. First of all the leasing process was absolutely horrible. We didn’t even know that we even got the apartment. I had to call them multiple times and even called their corporate office to even try to get an answer from them to see if we got this apartment. Corporate ended up telling us that we did get this apartment. The fact that they have poor communication skills and It takes them 4 months to fix anything in this place and... even at that if it’s not a “” necessity, then it probably will never get fixed a lot of the maintenance team don’t really know what they’re doing and they’re very rude. A lot of the times I would go down there to ask when something was gonna be fixed they would rudely tell me that it would be fixed when it’s fixed. I don’t recommend moving here even if this is your first time moving out. Yes it’s a starter home but I also moved into this apartment and there was black mold on my bathroom ceiling the stove had not been cleaned. Nothing in the apartment was cleaned and they were fixing my bathtub faucet because it was constantly leaking. I’ve had more complications with this apartment and I haven’t even lived a full year here don’t move into this place.
