Great living area. Close to schools, shopping beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lived here over 15 years and there are minor issues. Maintenance needs to be quicker.

Worst place to live at they don’t do anything or fix anything but always want there rent money on time you can email them all the time and call them but they don’t respond

I have had several issues with the property from putting in maintenance tickets and not having anything done for months. I still currently have a work order open from September. Also they lost one of my payments and 6 months later added to my rent with out any notification. I contacted my bank and they never received the check for payment. I still haven't received any notification of an outcome. The rent is a lie. They state one price and over charge you for everything. When you try to reach... out about anything you never get any responses. We will not be renewing our lease

Everything is getting better. Great neighborhood, close to schools , shopping, restraunts, beaches and interstate. Staff is friendly. Love living here.
