terrible management and interaction at the leasing office ! rude disrespectful and would never rent here !

I live here now, management is terrible, i just found a roach in my apartment. You can never call management , they pay no incentives , you pay more in waist than you pay in water. That place is awful. They will over charge you , and sometimes they loose your payment. I am leaving ASAP.

They constantly lose payments, lost our notice to not renew our lease. Maintenance requests go unanswered, as well as the phone and emails. Overpriced apartments with old features. They all of a sudden become great when you get a hold of their managers or call the Better Business Bureau.

Keep track of all of your payments. They have lost multiple payments of mine. Office phone is never answered, calls never returned, bug issues, extra charges on account. I am so glad my lease is ending this spring. Huge nightmare of an office. Maintenance men seem to be the only people who work around here.

Since changing ownership this apartment complex has taken a turn for the worse. Maintanance doesn’t fix anything and just puts bandaids on things. You will be charged late fees even if you pay early and management will say everyone’s is like that. It’s been like this for months fix it. Walls and floors are very thin you will hear everything. Trash has become a problem here and is everywhere around complex. Don’t move here.
