Was fine until Goldoller took over
I have lived here for 2 years. It started fine. Had some small grievances but nothing to major. Repairs were prompt. That all changed when Goldoller bought them about a year ago. I have no A/C, a broken dishwasher and my garbage disposal stopped working and is preventing my sink from draining, I am physically unable to wash dishes since the sink and dishwasher (which drains in the sink anyway) don't work. Which means i cannot feed myself or make dirty dishes without piling up dishes. I have not... been able to get any feedback on a timeline to get this all fixed. I have put in requests, talked to people face-to-face, and seen maintenance and still nothing. My apartment is constantly in the 80's with no relief and I have fans running 24/7.
