Most of everything goes rather smoothly. I'm concerned with the garbage issue. Your maintenance personal spend way to much valuable time cleaning up others garbage when they should be talking time to do what they were hired for (Maintenance)!!

The office management staff were incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

However, I had some concerns with the quality of the maintenance team. While I understand the challenges of apartment turnovers, including potential staffing shortages, a general walkthrough by management after each turnover would help ensure everything meets the expected standards.
