I like it. The only thing that kind of surprised me were the outdated appliances. When I checked the reviews/site.. it said that everything was updated that was the largest downside for me. Also, being so close to a shelter where there are a lot of unhoused people who are often outside of the building is something to consider.

The Living room is spacious and the gym is nice. The roof top complete with grills is wonderful to relax on after work. If you get the one bedroom it watch out for non locking doors to the bedroom itself
