Our garbage disposal stopped working because we tried putting too many potato peelings through it. The maintenance guy (whose name I cannot remember) looked at the problem, went to get additional tools, unstopped the disposal, cleaned up any mess we'd left and was gone in less than 5 minutes! The disposal works perfectly now.

My apartment location faces the courtyard so I find it very pleasing to be able to see the courtyard landscaping. It is also very quiet at my location which makes living conditions pleasant.

Excellent staff, Beautiful property, great location. Office staff and maintenance go beyond "Great", and skip right to "Excellent" in taking care of the residents here.
I have never seen a property run as well as Trio Pointe.
