Completely not transparent on a bunch of costs and fees, management is totally unorganized, they are very underhanded. A bunch of stuff in our unit was broken and the insulation is terrible, it’s cold all the time and very expensive to heat. We regret moving here

Spencer 68 is a great place to live. Is quiet, neighbors are friendly, is a pet friendly place and the staff is very nice and helpful. The only downside is the parking. I own two cars and for the lack of parking and since I have to park in the street or pay I decided to only keep one with me.

The staff is really nice and so is the neighborhood and the apartments at a reasonable price. They made it really easy for me to move, answer all my questions and made me feel welcomed.
I think the only con that I’ve found so far is the parking space, even when is easy to find parking spots in the street, I’d love to have the convenience to park next to my apartment without an extra charge.
