Staff is not helpful, poorly trained, and difficult to work with.
I submitted requests for housing at this property after a tour and was quite excited to move in. Upon my first application, I was informed that there was screening criteria including working in the same current job for over two years and salary being at least 4x the monthly price of housing, that was never expressed during application. I was only informed of this after the office had required me to pay 70$ for “screening fees”. After this I had a coworker attempt to co-sign with demanded another... 70$ fee. He was also denied based on more criteria that had not been expressed to either of us. Finally coming to the last straw I decided to have a relative co-sign who I knew met all the possible criteria (costing another 70$). Upon this coming back, they decided to then disclose that the initial application had been denied and essentially the two screenings that followed the initial application were pointless. All said and done the management company had squeezed 210$ out of screening fees, and determined that I would not be able to rent a unit until I resubmitted certain forms and paid another 70$ fee for resubmission. Needless to say these apartment managers will be looking to get the most amount of money from you while providing the least amount of service possible.
Pick a better apartment with better people, you will be happier.
