Gate always open, Management non existent
My husbands work truck has been broken into twice now and the window was shattered a previous time. The "gate" this appartment advertises has never worked and is always wide open 24/7 (plus there is a side opening w/out a gate). I don't think the pool has ever been opened and we've lived here 2 years now. With recent COVID restrictions this apartment has refused to offer anything longer than a 1mo lease agreements for those wanting to stay, which allows them to increase the price whenever they... want. It takes management forever to get anything fixed and when they finally do they threaten to make you pay for it. I don't think they have ever answered my phone calls or called me back after leaving a voice mail. The only good thing i can say is they haven't ran out of parking spots (my last place i had to park on the street occasionally.

These were challenging times, and while the shorter leases were implemented to provide flexibility, we understand how it may have felt frustrating. Additionally, we're sorry to hear about your maintenance experiences, as well as difficulty getting in touch with the office.
