Maintenence has been 10/10 amazing. My only issues are with the cleaning crews not properly cleaning the appliances in the community spaces.

LOUD AND EXPENSIVE!

If you live on the Broadway side, you'll never be able to sleep due to how thin the walls are. Don't bother contacting the leasing office for anything because they notoriously ignore emails so much that GreyStar had to move their office to the first floor. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR PROPERTY and the fact its reviewed that way makes me suspicions.

Pros:
Its conveniently located.

Cons:
300 dollars for parking you got to be kidding me for a garage that has no security, and the gate is open all hours...
of the night and day.

The ceiling is so thin I know exactly what room my upstairs neighbor is in.

The fire alarm is set off constantly and now that there is more construction downstairs, we can expect a lot more alarms.

Everything is always an inconvenience to the residents. If they randomly want to pressure clean the garage everyone has to clear out or they will damage your car and claim no responsibility or if they want to install a gate (that doesn't work) no one can use their car for 3 days as the construction continues.

It's a GreyStar property so its shady as hell!!! They have gone through at least 15 staff members in the leasing office alone. We have to use a third-party delivery service named Fetch which famously loses packages and has very little accountability. They could have solved the package stealing problem by just hiring a person in the front to log packages, but nope corporate greed wins again, and the residents now have to not only pay for fetch but now have to worry if the package will even show up.

We do our best to address occurrences that are beyond our control (such as Broadway noise, fire alarms from people opening their... doors into the hallways after burning food and garage gates being driven through) as promptly as possible when it is something that we can address. The good news is that the card readers that will allow the gate in question to open for your car should finally be installed early next week! Please do not hesitate to come by the office to go over your concerns when you have a moment.
