Awful management and neighbors
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We started renting there in August of 2020, it seemed like a great place, it’s on a dead end road with lots of walking trails for dogs and very quiet. My ideal place especially with an anxious dog. The first issue I had was being placed on the second floor when I had a big dog. The downstairs neighbors called the cops on us twice once when we had 2 people over and were chatting quietly and the second time a day before we were switching units, my dog,... myself and my boyfriend were all on the couch watching a movie. On other occasions they would bang on the ceiling so hard my drinks on the coffee tables almost fell off and pictures that we hung up would fall off the wall. I started to record every time we had people over or when the downstairs neighbors started banging on the ceiling, I spoke to management and not once did they ask to see the videos, instead they would tell me to crate my dog anytime I was home and essentially not allowing him to exist in the apartment. In my personal opinion dogs shouldn’t be crated all day just to avoid pissing off the people below us because apparently anyone walking in the apartment was just too much for them. We moved across the hall to a new apartment and thought the nightmare of being afraid to live in our apartment was over, but our hope was short lived. Once again the downstairs neighbor would bang on the ceiling anytime someone moved, and sometimes when no one was moving at all. All in all, it’s clear this place isn’t actually dog friendly, and if you are a person who doesn’t clean, walk around or have a different schedule than your neighbors you’ll be happy there. Otherwise I’d look at literally any other place than this, management lacked on just about everything especially when it came to handling conflict between neighbors, and fixing the only 2washing machines and dryers in the building (they were broken for 3 months).
