How Is This Rating Determined?

Terrible management

I am supposed to sign a contract with Isaac(house manager) tomorrow. But Isaac signed with other people without telling me. I'm so angry about that. So I'm telling you about this situation. It's so terrible. Also, he got $35 from me.
I already prepared everything. Make cashier check, taught my present house's owner.
How can they never tell me about that? Even they already did the appointment with me.
