Very Friendly Community!
It is so important to have good management and Kudos to Martha and her team for always going above and beyond in everything they do for their tenants.
It's a family oriented building. Safe and nice place to call home.

Dont move here
Management has changed hands since I moved in 2 years ago. Cockroach infested. It's really bad. The grounds are not being maintained well. The plantings are not trimmed, the ground covering in wood chips are not refilled..they have bare spots. People with dogs poop everywhere and it smells. I see the security cameras over our apt was removed. Landlord is renting to hang members who have people coming n going at all hours of the night! I witnessed one of them graffiti the front door. Yet they... collect that rent and get their yearly increases on time. Its falling apart and no one seems to care. Moving out next month. I can't live here anymore in fear of my safety.
