Great Place to Live

The apartments are large in size size, have upgraded appliances, and is overall for the value a good deal. Depending on what side of the building you live on though you can literally be facing a another building you could touch with a pole from your balcony. You don’t get much light and all your windows face the other buildings windows. It can be loud sometimes, I am constantly hearing people in the unit above me, washers/dryers, and kids running on the floor above me, but honestly that’s what... comes with living in an apartment. The parking situation isn’t ideal, depending on where you’re assigned spot is but it is gated on the first floor. The management is very responsive and nice. I’ve had no issues with maintenance. The units are very large and to me totally worth it. There are always going to be some tradeoffs. The appliances are high quality and very nice. The building itself doesn’t have very many units so it’s definitely not crowded or too loud. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here, don’t have any major complaint, and would recommend living here!

Beautiful and a great place to live

I saw many places before moving and can say it is by far the highest quality building I have seen. The technology and finishing are up to date and the unites are very specious and beautiful. I love that it's a small community and overall is quiet. If you are a light sleeper and get a unit next to the elevator it may take a bit of getting used to but the goods outbalance that minor inconvenience. The manager, Diego, is very professional and his attention is greatly appreciated.

Best building in the valley!

Hands down the best apartment living experience I ever had being in The San Fernando Valley. My family and I moved around a lot during our time in LA but our apartment at the 6800’s was by far the best. The apartments are gorgeous! Wide open modern floor plan, high quality construction and design with top of the line appliances! The sq ft. Is what locked us in to this building, the layout is just like a house would be and the rooms are HUGE! Checked all the boxes I had for Luxury... living!

Management / maintenance staff were always SO nice and super prompt with their communication! They made the move in / out process a total breeze. I would recommend this community 10/10 and would definitely go right back there if I’m in LA again!
