This is an incredible location for the price.
Great parking and the manager is on it.
Gets a bit hot in the summer but I bought a portable AC and the free electricity paid for it.
Was super happy here but moved in with my girlfriend and we needed more space.

The building is very secure with gates/locked doors and the units are newly remodeled. With all utilities included (including WiFi!) and also parking included, the rent is super affordable for one person. The property manager lives on site and super on top of it! Maintenance requests are handled immediately and the building is well maintained. And the location is great, within walking distance to downtown Culver.

The apartment complex is very clean!! The parking in the back is perfect and very easy to get in to. The landlord, Michelle, is awesome and very easy to work with!! She works hard to keep the place looking nice and all the repairs up to date. The unit walls are thick, and I wasn't able to hear any surrounding units! This is a great place to live! I have no complaints at all.

I booked and drove an hour here to see the apartment . When I got to the outside of the building, I called him and told him I was coming to see the apartment. He said he didn’t get anything and told me “ don’t call back.”
This is the worst apartment searching experience I’ve ever had and I think the housing company should reconsider this person because he made you lose a potential customer.

This is an affordable and pleasant building of studio apartments good for a single person or couple. It's a short walk from up and coming downtown Culver City which is full of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, a movie theatre, and a great farmers market. There's a small pool which is clean yet rarely used and has a nice roof-top space that's good for relaxing day or night. I've found my fellow tenants to be friendly and respectful- I've never found an issue with noise, cleanliness, etc. The... landlord is nice and always quick to respond to any needs. Why 3 stars? The apartments are quite small and inconsistent- it's a mix of hardwood and carpet, fully applianced kitchens and not. Also, no air conditioning and the window's aren't fit for units.

Thanks for the review. These units are now fully remodeled which is reflected in the photos. The AC situation can be challenging but upright rolling AC's work fine and the west side breeze and free electricity make this a minor inconvenience.
