Worst place to live
They live and get you to sign and that your a duck for a year safety cocerns don’t matter and nothing ever gets fixed you get lied to and nobody is ever in office after you sign and ignored phone calls and false promises

Awesome Location!!!!
Property is maintained and taken care of very nicely! Location is very convenient walking distance to the promenade at Downey.
