Great community and awesome management

We moved here earlier this year and we’re loving it so far.

Apartment is very spacious and it came with new appliances and flooring. Central AC is great and a must.

There’s a park right across the street and it’s great for going for a run, having a picnic or playing ball.

Yuri, the building manager, has been super helpful for anything we’ve needed and it’s always quick to schedule any maintenance needed. We had a problem with the fridge and he got us a new one within a couple days! Also...
let us use a different one so our food didn’t go bad.

There’s assigned parking spaces but street parking is hard to come by if you’re looking outside of work hours. Not too big of a deal for us.

Great Apartments; Terrible Parking

APARTMENT:
PRO: The VIEWS, its what sold me on this apartment. Because most of the apartments are on top of the ill you overlook neighborhoods down the hill, its gorgeous day or night. The apartments are clustered in buildings with four apartments on each floor, four floors. This means that you share corner walls in each apartment, this allows the windows in your apartment to be situated in just a way that you can get a cross breeze within your apartment without having to open a door; its...
really one of my most favorite features. Every apartment we toured had bright natural light, great ceiling height, and really interesting layouts. I love that our apartment feels more like a small house than the normal square block that most apartments layouts tend to use. We have a fireplace which is very nice in the winter and a balcony (they do allow you to have a propane grill on the balcony). Seriously I would take this apartment with me where ever I moved if I could. The countertops are high, which is a great feature, plus having a full laundry room and built in storage is so very helpful!

CON: The fixtures in the apartment vary. The countertops are not marble or stone of any kind. Stairs, if you want the better views and light you'll be walking upstairs everyday (great for the gluteus)! There are some large electrical lines that run and interrupt the view slightly.

COMMUNITY:
PRO: This community is very quiet and the people are friendly. There are grills available around al the buildings that are cleaned regularly. The common areas are very nice. The work out room is simple but good, the club house is gorgeous, the pool is at the corner of the lot and has spectacular views. One note that not positive nor negative: You can rent the common areas out, but they will not be exclusive for your party. The common areas must remain open for all other guests.

CON: There was a murder committed on the property some years ago. Management is very honest about his occurring. We researched this online before moving in it appeared that the victim had invited the murder into their apartment - this was not a situation where the security of the community was compromised nor was it a situation where dangerous people were rented to.

PARKING: This is the reason we've given it a 3 rating.
PRO: You will have one assigned space. You can rent a garage for an charge per month this would give you two assigned spaces.
CON: The parking here is terrible. Because of the limited spaces
