Great place to live

I have lived here at Cypress Garden Villa's for three years now. It has been one of the best choices for my family and I. The grounds are kept clean, and there is minimal noise here. The management staff are very professional and get to maintenance requests right away. We have never had a problem with anything much and staff are always helpful and quick to respond.

I like it

I'm content with this apartment complex. It's got a beautiful courtyard and the neighbors are quiet at night. The management are friendly and maintenance requests often are met the moment you tell them or on the same day. Rent is reasonable too. It's not in a great neighborhood because meth seems to be popular about a mile up Carson street by the casino, but I've never felt personally threatened. It's a short distance away from the Cerritos park which is very scenic and has two outdoor gyms. My... strategy is hanging out in the gated complex or driving a short distance to a prettier city. Even still locally there's a Korean grocery store and Plato's Closet I like to go to. Fun fact this apartment complex is the third largest employer in Hawaiian Gardens because the city is so small.
