If there was any where I could live it would be here at Creekwood. Very nice. Unexpected treasures (walking trails, Japanese Garden, deer, creeks, parks, and etc.) around the property.

I lived at Creekwood for about 1.5 years, and my experience was marked by ongoing issues. Here’s an honest account of the challenges:
Security and Parking Incidents
I had multiple packages stolen, and despite notifying management, the issue persisted with no plan for better surveillance or secure delivery. My car was hit in a hit-and-run, and when I requested security footage, management was unhelpful. Additional parking lot break-ins occurred, highlighting the need for more security measures... .
Noise and Pet Problems
There was no oversight of pet behavior. Many dogs barked for hours, starting early in the morning, and some urinated in stairwells. One neighbor left dog poop in the indoor hallway near my door, and despite complaints, management did nothing. I had to call animal control and police for a wellness check due to suspected abuse and safety concerns.
Unexpected Fees
I was charged extra fees for miscalculated utilities, adding about $50 to my monthly utilities. I was also charged a $250 fee for not renewing my lease, adding to the financial burden.
Laundry Room Issues
The shared laundry facilities were poorly maintained, with broken machines being the norm. I’ve had negative encounters with other residents, and the recent price increase made using the laundry service more frustrating.
Overflowing Trash Areas
The area near the trash bins became a dumping ground for furniture. Trash and recycling bins were often overflowing and left on the curb for days after collection.
Poor Unit Renovations and Building Maintenance
We moved into a newly renovated unit, but the upgrades were poorly done. Our fridge doors didn’t seal properly, sinks lacked drain stoppers, and light switches didn’t work. The complex also had rusty pipes leaking in the parking garage and frequent water shut-off notices with little warning.
Neglected Gym and Pool
The gym had broken equipment for months, and the pool was often shut down. The lack of communication about repairs or reopening timelines made these amenities difficult to enjoy.
Unresponsive Management
Management was unresponsive. It takes days to reach someone via email or phone, and walk-in visits to the leasing office were not allowed. Communication was a low priority for management.
Conclusion
I cannot recommend this complex to anyone seeking a comfortable living experience.

I lived at Creekwood for a year and a half, and my experience was marred by numerous ongoing issues:
Security Concerns and Package Thefts: I had multiple packages stolen, and despite notifying management, there was no plan to improve security. My car was also damaged in a hit-and-run, and management was unhelpful.
Noise and Pet Cleanliness Issues: Many residents allowed their dogs to bark excessively or relieve themselves in shared spaces, including the hallway outside my door. Despite... complaints, management did nothing to address the issue.
Unexpected Fees: Water, sewage, and trash charges were miscalculated for months, adding about $50 per month. Additionally, I was charged a $250 fee for not renewing my lease, which felt unfair and opaque.
Laundry and Maintenance Issues: The laundry room was often in disrepair, and residents were rude. Additionally, the unit I moved into had poorly executed renovations, with faulty appliances and poor building maintenance.
Neglected Amenities: The gym and pool were often out of service, with no clear communication about repairs or timelines for reopening.
Lack of Responsive Management: Management was slow to respond to concerns, and communication was consistently poor.
Overall, Creekwood’s lack of maintenance, security, and customer service made it a frustrating place to live.

Creek wood can be maintained better than it currently is. Also, management should prioritize responses to residents from the resident portal and any other communication method.

Creekwood has been the best renting experience I've had in the Bay Area. I've rented all over since 2008 and this is by far my most pleasant experience. The amenities and comfort I've gained from this place far exceed any minor issues I've had with my experience so far. The maintenance has been responded to in a timely manner and the staff have been helpful and accommodating. Overall I am very happy here.
