Creekwood

Creekwood is an affordable apartment complex with premium amenities. It’s conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. The only downsides are lack of package security and really tight garage parking spaces that require a lot of maneuvering. Also the apartments are not always all brand new and ready for move in so be sure to request proper maintenance of items as they don’t have much time in between tenants to ready the place up for you.

No one is ever in the office, and response times for maintenance are poor.

I have lived at Creekwood Apartments for 10-years now. I really like that it is located near lots of shopping and restaurants and is in close proximity to banks, pharmacies, grocery stores and mass transportation.

The Hayward Japanese Gardens is right behind the complex, along with the Hayward Senior Community Center.

The community is kept clean and concerns to management and maintenance are handled promptly.

The property is surrounded by beautiful trees and has a lovely, fenced, pet play... area, along with pools, hot tub abd barbecue areas.

The apartment units are very spacious with tons of closet and cupboard space which is a Huge plus, and nice sized balconies to hang out on and enjoy the day.

I have loved living here and look forward to many more years in these beautiful surroundings. Lee mas

I do not recommend any part of this property. Management will ignore your emails, not take action to address concerns, and they are not responsive. I don’t feel stay on top of enforcing the community guidelines either, making it a difficult place to live peacefully.

Creekwood was in a good location to be close to my parents, school, and a nearby store. The amenities and newer looking remodel plus price lured me to sign a lease. What I did not know, was that there were homeless coming into my building. Took my packages twice being on the first floor. I appreciated the latche program except for homeless getting in through already open doors that did not stay locked as well as other particular people I would not want let in. I would’ve still liked a key in... case of lock out because the office usually isn’t open when I am and now I’m bothering maintenance waiting 20-40 min out of my door if I do. The amenities was the best part. I did not have proper heating the first 5 months of tenancy as well as constant cracking of the caulking of the tub where chips would fall into the tub that all of us shared. Children in particular. I’ve had property damage because of all the mold in my apartment. Not having proper ventilation either. Lee mas
