False Promises

When my boyfriend and I first moved into these apartments we were going to get the studio for around 1200 but we were convinced to pay a little more for a twice the size one bedroom so we took it and it was great for the first couple of days until we then realized the carpets had been infested with fleas from the cat the previous owner had.

When we first moved into these apartments we were told that it was a quiet and most of the neighbors keep to themselves. Within less then a year half of...
the unit were filled with kids or college students.

Luckily we had signed the lease when we did to give us a few extra months to prepare for the rent increase by 20% too. Ouch!

Don't be fooled by the security cameras either. Our car was stolen right from the gated parking gate. Along with a bike that was locked to a pole next to the car. The manager told us the cameras don't face the spots, and even if it did it wouldn't be clear enough.

The neighborhood is nice, but it is not close enough to the beach to charge their current rent when you can get much cleaner, nicer, quieter, and friendlier apartments even closer to the beach and nicer areas.
