The space
Thank you for checking out our beautiful BRAND NEW LUXURY new construction home in Del Aire/ El Segundo. OUR home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no busy traffic less traffic, just a short 1 mile from the intersection of 405 and 110. Away from the noises of the airports, or planes landing , and the highways. The house is located in a quiet quiet and secluded neighborhood . The house was built soundproof, since my daughter is a musician. He can barely hear any noise from outside or inside .
You have access to the entire house.. some outdoors and common area are to share on very rare occasions.
We recommend once a month cleaning for the long-term stay.
For beach lovers, we have water hose outside. Please rinse off all the sands outside.
No professional videography, no filming , or photography are allowed inside our homes, without a prior authorization or consent.
Free street parking , with the exception Thursday Friday street cleaning, please follow the signs.
We prefer no pets, but a small dog might be OK, as long as it is this close to us

Please do not leave everything dirty for the cleaning people. Barbecue is for your enjoyment, but no food should be left on top or around the barbecue, and please cover it up after using it.

We would appreciate if you specify the number of people in your party. We would like to know of all the people staying with us.
It is all street parking only. Please do not block or drive inside the driveway.
Please do not wear your slippers or shoes from outside, inside the unit.
We appreciate you not bringing any sand from the beach, into the shower or the floors. There is a hose outside, you’re welcome to rinse out all the Sands!.

Please leave all trash inside the trash-can bin

No blocking the driveway
If you’re staying long term, every Monday night trashcan bed and go on the street.
