Diverse, quiet, with that small community feel f

I found the perfect apartment building in Inglewood! All walks of life live in this building in peace and quiet. The Landlady is surprisingly NICE and quick to get repairs done, if needed, without taking it personal (like most landlords do!). The building has 18 units containing 1-2bdrm apts, gated bldg with intercom entry, key only entry to the 24/7 laundry room with your own key entry "cubby" for ur detergent, 1-2 parking spaces per apt with storage space, spacious living room, linen cabinet,... massive closets space, plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, big windows in each room for wonderful lighting and air flow! I've lived in many many apts in los angeles county and this is the one i wished i lived in from the beginning!
