It's awful.
I'm ashamed of how long I lived here. I was young and stubborn and wanted to prove I could afford living on my own away from my parents. I'm a homeowner now, but I'm still haunted by the years I felt stuck here.
These studios are suffocatingly small and have no real kitchen. You can use an air-fryer I guess, but no oven or stove, and no hot-plates/burners because they're a fire hazard. The reasons I'll give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because : it's cheap, each unit does have their own air... conditioner/heater that works very well, and utilities are included in the rent. Management changed several times over the years I was there. Some were incredibly strict, constantly scheduling inspections and finding excuses to enter units. Some required all tenants to get parking permits. When I left at the end of 2022, management was, thankfully, much more relaxed. The location is very nice, as you are in walking distance to Costco and The District, which has everything from In-N-Out to a movie theater.
Overall, these apartments are fine if you are young and looking to move out on your own for the first time or just needing a temporary roof over your head. Don't get stuck here.
