Great Location, Amazing Landlord, Good Unit

First and foremost, the location is a 10/10. You're right on the border of LA and Beverly Hills but perfectly situated by West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. It's easy to get around everywhere.

The landlord, Louise is fantastic. She's a big reason I have been living here and continue to live here. Any problem, she fixes immediately, locked your keys out--doesn't matter if it's 3 am or 3 pm she'll let you in. Very nice person.

The unit is nice too. I think it's fairly priced for the most...
part--may be a little high priced but we have a 2 br / 2 bath and it's about 900 sq. ft and we're happy with it.
