Sanctuary for a low price
California is known to be expensive , with small space. But it doesn't have to be. Amazing renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath close to Lax and a 20 min drive to Hollywood with out the Hollywood price! Sanctuary for half the price is what makes a home in California. Did I mention the beach is 15 minutes away!
