I'm In Heaven!!!!

I just moved in the my apartment a couple of months ago and I LOVE it!!!! The entire process was so easy. The manager was very profession and helpful. My apartment is so nice and spacious. The lobby is GORGEOUS and the on-site laundry is so convenient. I love that there are security cameras. The other tenants in the building are really nice and neighborly. I would recommend getting a place here it's really the best.

What a steal!

I've got myself what they call a studio apartment, But this studio has it's own separate kitchen, full bathroom and a walk in closet along with two more closets and plenty of cupboard space. Hard wood floors and it's a gated and video surveillance 24/7! Talk about safety! Quite neighbors and they keep the property very neat and clean. Considering we are in a drought, they do a great job about making the grassy courtyard look fresh and green. Great price and centrally located blocks from The... Wiltern, Whilshire Blvd, Ralphs, CVS, and Sunset Blvd. Middle Schools located blocks away as well!

Koreatown Gem

There's lots to love about this building. It's centrally located, just a quick walk to metro, several markets, and tons of excellent restaurants. Seriously, SO MUCH incredible food. You'll be omm nom nom-ing for days.

As for the building itself, it was build in the early 20th century and has all of the attendant charm (and problems) of a building that old. Management is fairly responsive to fixing issues that arise though. Overall the building is quiet, and in a great walkable area.

Could Be SO much Better

A few of the tenants are nice but, overall, the ones that have been there the longest are unpleasant, disrespectful, and definitely could care less about their own complex.

The landlord is extremely professional, though.
