Do not live here!

CIM group management will allow their maintenance staff to enter whenever they please. They will give a 24 hour notice for entry just to post it but they never follow the correct specified date and time. So they let their staff enter whenever they please. Especially if their staff didn't complete their work the same day as the notification, they allow the staff to enter your rental property and will defend their crimes-trespassing. Especially living in an apt with a key fob the only person... should be the tenant and the management/maintenance staff. Imagine coming home to your apt door open and you left it locked. Then receiving a notification on your door saying maintenance will again enter your property the next week and having your door wide open. I informed management immediately that I left my door locked and it took them a week to respond they did not make entry when I have proof their staff did.
